We recently had the pleasure of traveling to San Antonio for a friend's wedding. Amidst the beauty and sunshine of the Southwest and our joy in celebrating with friends, unexpected adventures ensued. Here are a few lessons I'd like to share from our travels.
1. Always have ibuprofen handy.
2. Don't expect to follow your itinerary.
3. Most of us are not consuming enough cheese.
4. Always have your boarding pass and government-issued ID on your person at all times at the airport.
5. And, never fear, a well-made margarita on the rocks cures everything.
